Fr Peter Galus, has been Polish Chaplain in Cork and Ross for five years. To mark the occasion, his Bishop Wiktor Skworc from the Diocese of Turnov in Poland is coming to St Augustine’s Church, Washington St, Cork to administer the Sacrament of Confirmation to 21 young Polish people resident
in Cork.

CSTV are delighted to be carrying this event live to Ireland, Poland and the rest of the world’s Catholic Community and would encourage everyone to join in.

Augustinian Downtime

There is electrical work being carried out in the Augustinians Cork at the moment.

The service will be down while the work is being carried out.

Update 14th June 2008: Service is back up again after electrical work.

Augustinian Service Issue

There is an issue with the Augustinian live stream.

The picture and audio are intermittent. The problem stems from a speed issue with the broadband. We are currently working on the issue.

This post will be updated as soon as there is more information.

Update 4 June 2008: There is an issue with the broadband line in the Church which is effecting the quality of the picture. There are investigations underway to determine the cause of the problem.

Update 13 June 2008: Broadband issue is resolved. There was an additional computer issue which was swapped on 11 June 2008. So the service is back to normal.
